Yes I’ve been absent… for so long- so much going on and so much to tell. I’ve been getting fantastic lessons and have so many different topics to write about. I’ve been to LA and Miami, have had bonding experiences with my family- good stuff, have stepped back and prioritized (I’m getting married in July and am now making sure to place my relationship and wedding plans at the top of the list). I’ve been reminded to PLAY THE GAME. Take a bit of time for me. enjoy.
We’ve had some great successes recently and some other shall we say hiccups. I’d like to go into it all and tell you about Martha Stewart, Woody Harrelson and Pam Anderson, dancing to Madonna and Daft Punk at Coachella in Palm Springs, getting to see my dearest friends some of whom are now new mothers, walking on the beach in Santa Monica where the ocean told me I’m truly powerful and that I am love, my screentest at Warner Brothers, my lovely time with my manufacturer who couldn’t provide me with my inventory because he had yet to produce it (that was fun:), having some really deep breakthroughs with my sister on the canals of Venice Beach, fishing off the cost of Ft. Lauderdale, dolling my mom up, getting her to drink an alcoholic beverage and convincing her to stay awake long enough for Sushi at The Shore Club’s Nobu (although niether my sister or mother eat sushi), my engagement party complete with hot pink centerpieces and DJ who consistently played the equivalent of you are the wind beneath my wings, spending an hour in the ocean with my mom yesterday morning hoping glassy didn’t mean shark infested…my mom and dad in the same car to make returns with me at Macys!!
Interesting- that all sounds like I’ve been playing around for the last few weeks. I’ve actually been working so much and we’ve seen that the services side- bringing the game into organizations and providing workshops and trainings, is a great place for us. The response has been amazing and I must say that I’m constantly blown away when I witness people getting it- seeing a room of 60 people play, open up, and get it is amazing… seeing 20 people play and then have a facilitator who has very little knowledge of the game tie it in so perfectly with the concepts in Insight was truly powerful. The game set the stage for them to learn at a much deeper level. I almost cried…
I really like the educational piece. I love it when I see people get something they hadn’t been aware of before… I love the connection. I’m moving more towards that direction.
If you read my blog you’ll probably see that I have the same patterns and that not enough or not good enough drives most of my issues. I’ve been working a ton again and did something I probably would have had difficulty doing in the past. We had 7 people interested in coming on board to work for equity- super qualified Marketing Pr and Sales people… just what we needed and I decided to let it go until after the weddding and trust that when I’m ready, they’ll be there or there’ll be a solution that’s equivalent. I realized I couldn’t manage any more and that although it would support us, I couldn’t spread myself any thinner. Can you imagine? In the past I would have killed myself to figure out how to get 7 people in SF, NY and Chicago to somehow work together while keeping 12 other projects going.
I realized that I created a game that shows people that their thoughts create their reality and the reality that I created for myself meant working 80 hr weeks… some reality. I believe it can all happen with ease and grace… I need not work 7 days a week for months… I can do it and see my man, get our garden growing and show up and BE PRESENT!!! for my wedding.
I’ve been getting amazing words of encouragement from the people I am so fortunate to meet and work with and I thought I’d share some emails I got today. These things remind me I’m on purpose and I’m truly grateful to get to live this life… namaste
Nicole,
I love your game, and LOVE what your company stands for and the website!
Will your company be developing more games and/or products?

and this one is soooo wonderful… Riley graduated from CU last year and did some work from me. I’m blessed…
Nicole,
I was reading a book that Joyce gave me for graduation tonight, and made me think about you. It talked a lot about the things that I had already learned from you, like speaking your truth and Fear vs. Love. I don’t know if you know this, but you inspire me. I am grateful for everything you have taught me, and hope this email finds you well.
I am sure you have a plan of action for getting on Oprah, but here is something that might be of interest to you. It is a link from her main page that says “Be On the Show.” From there, Header that says…Upcoming Shows… and link that says “Did You Put Everything on Hold for A Dream.” It describes you.

If you want my advice, submit your story…not so much your product, and it will speak for itself. If you just plug your game, they might see you as just another person trying to get their product on their show. You have an incredible story. I hope you get a chance to tell it.

Oh and Arturo has been sending the following quotes for our upcoming Shift retreat next week- how wonderful is our team?
In anticipation of our retreat - Quote 4
It’s not enough to invent new machines, new regulations, new institutions. We must develop a new understanding of the true purpose of our existence on earth. Only by making such a fundamental shift will we be able to create new models of behavior and a new set of values for the planet.
Vaclav Havel, former President of the Czech Republic, prominent playwright and poet
In anticipation of our retreat - Quote 3
On Purpose
Strong lives are motivated by dynamic purposes
by Kenneth Hildebrand
While goals are chosen, a purpose is discovered.
Our purpose is something we have been doing all along,
and will continue to do, regardless of circumstances, until the day we die.
from John-Roger & Peter McWilliams “Do It - Let’s Get off our Buts”
Nothing contributes so much to tranquilizing the mind as a steady purpose -
a point on which the soul may fix its intellectual eye.
by Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley
So how do leaders discover the purpose—the destiny—of the organizations they lead? Very much as they discover their own. By embarking on a search to discover it. By asking: Why is this company here? What is its reason for existing?
Far too many of our contemporary institutions do not have an adequate dream, an imaginative concept that will raise people’s sights close to where they have the potential to be.
from Joseph Jaworski - “Destiny and the Leader”
In anticipation of our retreat - Quote 2
Quote from the introduction to the book “Let Love Lead” by John Roger & Paul Kaye
People often say that love will heal the world.
But this is not exactly true.
Loving is what heals the world.
Loving is action. Loving is manifestation.
Loving is movement.
Loving is the consciousness of giving.
Loving is love in action.
and my all time favorite
In anticipation of our retreat - Quote 1
Our Greatest Fear
by Marianne Williamson from her book “A Return to Love”
Reflections on the Principles of A Course in Miracles
Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate,
but that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, handsome, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.
Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us.
It is not just in some; it is in everyone.
And, as we let our own light shine, we consciously give
other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.
