The mind is a muscle. You gotta work it. Shift workshops actively work your mental muscles. Other workshops give you a few small exercises to ground the lesson. Shift workshops keep you active. Shift workshops are based on play so that you will experience what it feels like to make a shift. You will experience the shift from fear to love, from contraction to expansion, from judgment to open-mindedness and from being your own worst enemy to your ultimate champion.
We work the inside from the outside. When readings, affirmations, and lessons work, they work internally. Playing Shift works from both the inside and the outside. You get instant feedback from your peers who act as mirrors. You can receive acknowledgement, honor and respect. However, you can also get called on your “Shift.”

Shift currently offers your organization 1 hour, 3 hour or 8 hour workshops. Facilitated game plays are available too. All are customized to meet your needs and timeframe.
