Ok- It’s true- it’s Nicole writing. Just want to jumpstart the discussion here. I know there are tons of you that have done something absolutely incredible to make your lives better. Tell us. Acknowledge yourself. We want to hear.
I was in a job recently that demanded long hours and was very stressful. What’s more, it was clear that my superiors and colleagues did not recognize nor appreciate the hard work I had put in and the price I had to pay. The company was characterized by constant crises. I held in there for three years and slayed numerous corporate dragons. Feeling trapped, I wondered about my options. I was all too aware that my mind was determined to focus on my present job as the avenue of my abundance and to deny other sources of potential prosperity.
I decided to go out on a limb for my conviction that a constantly stressful, crisis atmosphere is just not in my belief system. So I quit. I had no other job lined up except for my duty to maintain vigilant faith in things working out for the best when I make decisions based on my values.
Within a couple weeks a new avenue of professional expression opened up and now I am in what I consider to be a more strategic and healthy position for my career and life. Now working in an atmosphere of balance, support and gratitude, I am poised to participate in special programs that promise to set me up for even greater forms of service and prosperity in the future. I believe that the stars came into alignment, partly at least, with my willingness to make a shift from an attitude of trust instead of fear of lack of abundance.
Thanks for making the world a more open space.
I agree with andyee2, you need to have a widescreen video player. It would improve viewing for everyone.
